5th Annual UVA vs. VT Fundraising Rally BEGINS!

Get ready for the 5th Annual UVA vs. VT Fundraising Rally!
The UVA alumni are taking on the Virginia Tech alumni in a charity race again this year!
From November 1st until November 26th, the DC Hoos are competing with the DC-area Virginia Tech Alumni Association
to see which alumni club can collect more online donations to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank.
This fundraising rally starts on November 1st and culminates after the UVA vs. VT game, on Saturday, November 26th. Donate online and monitor the tally. If the DC Hoos win, VT will donate $50 to The UVA Club of Washington, DC Scholarship Fund!
When completing the donation page, you will be prompted to indicate which school (Go Hoos!)
the donation should be applied to. Donations can be made online only.
The Capital Area Food Bank is the largest organization in the Washington metro area working to solve hunger and its companion problems:
chronic under-nutrition, heart disease, and obesity. The UVaClub of DC has volunteered at the Capital Area Food Bank in the past and is
proud to continue to support this outstanding nonprofit.
