All alumni, parents, and friends are invited to start your Saturday off right with the UVA Club of DC at a morning boot camp class!
We’re partnering with Tysons Playground to bring you a 60-minute body-weight class from the Blackout program, designed to make you work hard and get moving! No equipment necessary, just a positive attitude and plenty of water! Please register by October 26th, at 9:00 a.m. to receive the Zoom information in time. The workout will be led by coaches: Fabi Arnodo and Owen Patterson.

*Your $5 ticket will go towards the DC Hoos Scholarship and our partners at Tysons Playground.
About Tysons Playground:
Tysons Playground is a 32,000 sq. foot indoor, peak performance training facility, that is nestled just miles outside of our nation’s capital. The Blackout program at Tysons Playground is designed for anyone who has wanted to join a community of like-minded people that train uniquely. We use elements of boxing and rowing as our main conditioning tools while using dumbbells, kettlebells, steel maces, and TRX to help you put on lean muscle, strengthen tendons and ligaments, and improve your overall strength. This program is adaptable to all fitness levels; No prior experience or special training is needed and our coaches will tailor the exercises and intensity level for each person.
