Patrick Lavayen

Congratulations to Patrick Lavayen, recipient of the 2020 UVA Club of Washington DC Scholarship for $1200. Patrick is one of two recipients for this year’s scholarship, chosen from over 170 applications. Here is a little bit more about Patrick:

“I’m from Falls Church, Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. I’m going to be an incoming freshman in the class of 2024 at the University of Virginia. I’m planning to transfer into the Mcintire school of Commerce after my second year, with the goal of further pursuing an MBA or going into law school once I graduate. I enjoy reading and playing baseball in my free time, and am looking forward to becoming a Hoo this fall.”
