Attending UVA was a one of a kind experience and I am forever thankful for what I learned about myself and others, and the lifelong friendships I created. Living in Brown Residential College and being a member of Sigma Delta Tau enhanced those experiences, and fueled my passion to create close-knit communities wherever I go. I am thrilled to serve the DMV area by joining the UVA Club of Washington DC board, and I look forward to meeting other alumni and friends of the university as we continue to grow this community. My time at UVA is filled with unforgettable experiences and meaningful connections that shaped my journey both personally and professionally. I was actively involved in College Council, Peer Health Education, and ULINK, which allowed me to build lifelong friendships and develop a strong sense of community. Living near the Corner and enjoying every part of Charlottesville made it feel like a second home. Now, as Social Co-Chair for the UVA Club of Washington, DC, I’m excited to create events that celebrate our shared Hooville spirit and bring fellow alums together. There’s nothing quite like the bond we all have as Wahoos! Wahoowa!
