Looking for a cool way to help a great cause while chillin’ with DC Hoos!? Join us at the Polar Plunge at Nationals Park to raise money for Special Olympics DC, a group that provides free year-round sports events for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Three above ground tanks will be installed at Nationals Park for participants to jump into while be cheered for by the Racing Presidents and the crowd. And the Budweiser Brew House and Centerfield Social bars will be open for participants to warm up and hang out in afterwards.

Participants must pay $10 and raise a minimum of $50 in order to participate. Everyone who participates will receive a free exclusive “I Plunged at The Park” t-shirt. Wear your UVA gear! The most spirited UVA participant will be selected to take a plunge in an exclusive tank on the field!
