DC Public Schools Beautification Day

Join us for a morning of service at Thomson Elementary!
For the seventh year in a row the UVA Club of Washington DC is helping spruce up a DC Public School ahead of the next school year! This annual event was established in 2005 as a citywide “spruce up” of all DC public school buildings in preparation for the first day of school. Beautification efforts will include landscaping, trash pick-up, light painting, planting flowers, and other beautification efforts. The UVA Club of Washington DC is honored to continue to participate year to year.
