The Capital Ball is coming up on September 30, 2016! Ticket proceeds will benefit the UVaClub of Washington DC Scholarship Fund.

The UVaClub of Washington, DC Scholarship Fund was established by the Club in 2014 to provide assistance to student leaders who possess strong qualities of scholarship and citizenship.

The UVaClub of Washington, DC is committed to providing incoming first-year students with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education at the University of Virginia in any discipline area of interest. Funded by area alumni in the DC region, the UVaClub of Washington, DC remains committed to programming and fundraising in the DC Metropolitan area to realize its goal of engaging local alumni. The annual scholarship is awarded to an incoming first-year student with preference towards high scholastic achievement.

To support the Scholarship Fund and the UvaClub of Washington DC’s commitment to fostering a continuation of the Academical Village for students and alumni in the District, please consider attending this year’s Capital Ball. All profits will benefit the Scholarship.
